Brain Injury SA is recognised and funded as the peak body in South Australia for people with acquired brain injury (ABI), and those that care for them. We are a dynamic organisation that empowers and supports people living with ABI, and deliver a range of programs and services to help them realise their goals and achieve their full potential.
Job tasks and responsibilities
We currently have exciting opportunities for experienced Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists to join our new rehabilitation program, Rewire.
This is a holistic program designed to maximise rehabilitation outcomes in line with participants’ own goals. As part of a team of committed professionals, these positions will provide person-centred rehabilitation services to people with ABI.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Be experienced in the assessment, treatment and evaluation of people with ABI
- Work collaboratively with the participant, their family and the rehabilitation team
- Be passionate about person-centred rehabilitation
- Keep pace with latest research and be committed to evidence-based practice
