Nominations are now open for the International Day of People with Disability South Australia Awards.
Do you know a person living with disability who deserves an award for outstanding personal achievement in the past year or a volunteer, therapist or support person who has provided an outstanding service in the past year?
There are 3 award categories for nominations.
Outstanding Person with Disability Award 2019
This will be awarded to an individual living with disability who has accomplished specific and important goals in their own personal journey during the past year.

Outstanding Volunteer Award 2019
This award will recognise a volunteer who has made a significant, tangible and extraordinary contribution to people living with disability during the past year.

Outstanding Service or Support Award 2019
This award will recognise a worker who has made a significant, tangible and extraordinary contribution to people living with disability during the past year.

Nomination forms are available to download using the links above or you can contact Brain Injury SA and have a form posted out to you.

Nominations close on Friday 15th November 2019.
The winners will be announced at the Celebrate on the Square event to be held in Victoria Square, Adelaide on Friday 6 December 2019.
