In recognition of Brain Injury Awareness Week
Nominations are now open for Brain Injury SA’s Most Inspiring Individual Award and Service Excellence Award.
The winners will be announced during Brain Injury SA’s launch of Brain Injury Awareness Week on August 17.
Do you know someone living with acquired brain injury (ABI) who deserves to be recognised for their inspirational story? Or a service provider who truly goes ‘above and beyond’ to assist people with ABI?
The Most Inspiring Individual Award will be awarded to a person living with ABI whose achievements and approach to life have greatly inspired those around them.
The Service Excellence Award will recognise an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to people living with ABI during the past 12 months.
One winner in each category will be chosen by the independent BIAW Awards selection committee. If you wish to nominate a worthy individual, we must receive your nomination form no later than July 31.
Nomination forms are available to download below or you can call the Brain Injury SA office and we will post one out to you.
