SoConnect is Coming to Victor Harbor – 20 Feb 2020
Every Thursday for 10 weeks – Starts 20 February to 23 April 2020 SoConnect is a program aimed at increasing the connections to mainstream support services and the broader community for people with a disability that impacts cognitive functioning.
