February is Gut Health Month: Did you know 1 in 2 Australians experience gut health issues? This Gut Health Month let’s talk about how food can help you improve your gut health, and why it is also important for your brain health.

It’s 2023 – we’ve got lots going on!
Welcome to the New Year, and welcome to the first issue of our newsletter for 2023.
We’ve got a big year planned, with new groups, growing service capacity and other exciting changes happening this year.
To kick off the year we are excited to share that an expansion of our Northern Hub is underway, and due to be finished in just a few short weeks. We share some information about the expansion below, including what it means for services at the hub.
Northern Hub: Be Well Plan is delivered over 5 weekly sessions x 2 hours each week.
Be Well Plan is the latest mental health and wellbeing training program from Be Well Co, an entity of the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), ranked number 40 in the world’s top research institutes.
Be Well Plan helps you better understand your own mental health and introduces you to tools and activities that are scientifically proven to improve your mental wellbeing.

Back by popular demand… We are seeking expressions of interest for our next Dance Group! To be held in the City Rewire Hub.
Led by one of our BISA therapists who is also a qualified dance teacher.
Our New Group will start in February 2023. Final day to register interest is Friday 27 January 2023.
