SoConnect Victor Harbor: 10 Weeks, starts 20 Feb – 23 Apr
SoConnect is a program aimed at increasing the connections to mainstream support services and the broader community for people with a disability that impacts cognitive functioning. The program is for people who are not eligible for a NDIS plan. The RTP is funded by the Lifetime Support Authority and helps people adjust to life after a traumatic brain injury (TBI), assisting them to successfully reintegrate and reconnect with their communities. It is offered, at no cost, to adults who have a TBI as a result of a road trauma incident. The program is run by Brain Injury SA’s registered psychologist Ashlee Raymond and draws upon the guidance of trained mentors who themselves have experienced the challenges a TBI can…

The BISE Group
The BISE Group (Brain Injury Support and Education) Brain Injury Support and Education, or the “BISE group” is a free peer-support based program run from the Brain Injury SA Light Square office.
