The Reconnect Transition Program (RTP) helps people adjust to life with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) following a road trauma.
This Service is for:
This free course is facilitated by a psychologist who specialises in supporting people living with brain injury.
RTP also draws on the experience of peer mentors, who offer insights from their own journeys of recovery.
These groups are jointly funded by the Lifetime Support Authority and BISA and run across three different groups, across a 10-week period.
- RTP – Reconnect Transition Program
- yRTP – youth Reconnect Transition Program: for people under the age of 30
- eRTP – express Reconnect Transition Program: an online group for regional access – located in Mt Gambier

eRTP
- Time: 10:30am – 12:30pm, Monthly Sessions
- Where: Mt Gambier Library (Multifunction Room), 6 Watson Terrace, Mt Gambier
