About the Program:
60-minute yoga and mindfulness meditation sessions for people with acquired brain injury (ABI).
Sessions focus on creating mind and body awareness through somatic movement, improving flexibility, strength and relaxation.
Sessions are inclusive and tailored to be accessible and enjoyed by people of differing physical abilities.
Mindfulness Meditation and Trauma-Informed Yoga has positively transformed Desiree’s life after a TBI suffered in a car accident. It gave her a new lease on life plus the inspiration to embark on yoga and mindfulness training and found Vida Flow www.vidaflow.com.au. She now hopes to use these practices to empower others so they can do the same.
