The Brain Injury SA website has been developed to ensure content is available to the widest possible audience, including readers using assistive technology or accessibility features. The website design is a responsive layout which will scale to fit on all browser widths / resolutions and on all mobile devices.
We’re working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Various accessibility evaluation tools has been used to assess the website.
Our website is designed to maximise readability incorporating:
- a high colour contrast ratio
- zoom functionality
- increased text size
- simple language format
When increasing text size or zooming, it’s recommended that in-browser settings are used to ensure optimal viewing.
