We are seeking expressions of interest for a Balance Group!

This group, specifically for people with acquired brain injury will help you to learn about how the brain affects our balance, how to reduce falls risk and improve your confidence, and how to train your various balance systems (yes there are more than one!) while participating in a fun, safe and supportive group.
