In recognition of Brain Injury Awareness Week
Nominations are now open for Brain Injury SA’s Outstanding Achievement Award and Service Excellence Award.
The winners will be announced during Brain Injury SA’s launch of Brain Injury Awareness Week on August 19.
Do you know someone living with acquired brain injury (ABI) who deserves an award for an exceptional achievement, or someone who goes ‘above and beyond’ in assisting people with ABI?
The Outstanding Achievement Award will be awarded to an individual living with ABI who has accomplished specific and important goals in their own personal journey during the past 12 months.
The Service Excellence Award will recognise an individual who has made a very significant and tangible contribution to people living with ABI during the past 12 months.
One winner in each category will be chosen by Brain Injury SA’s selection committee. If you wish to nominate a worthy individual, we must receive your nomination form no later than July 26.
Nomination forms are available to download below or you can call the Brain Injury SA office and we will post one out to you.
More details will be announced soon about the BIAW launch.
