Did you know that if you disagree with a decision made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), you have options?
The External Merits Review Support Service (EMRSS) offers support for people seeking a review of National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) decisions in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). The EMR is the second review option following on from an internal review.
Brain Injury SA is providing the EMRSS in the South Australia and Northern Territory National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) trial sites for all people seeking a review.
